Why was I disqualified?

To learn why we were unable to offer you a loan at this time, you can log into optusbank.Upstart.com and check your Legal Docs and Notice Center (in the top right-hand corner). You will find an Adverse Action Notice detailing the main reasons for rejection, as well as your credit score on the date of your application. 

You are always welcome to reapply. You can do so by using a different email address and completing the application again. 

Note: Applicants who are disqualified must wait 30 days to re-apply.
